Aluminum alloy has good heat Thermal conductivity and mechanical strength. But, aluminum alloy surface oxides lead to poor conductivity, high contact resistance. So we using Au-coated on aluminum alloy bipolar plate surface. Assembled into a single cell and 4-cells stack to measure performance. At H2/Air stoichimotry 1.2/4.0 and humidification temperature of 60 ℃ for best performance by single cell 61.6W and stack maximum power 286W. The dynamic load test had a good response. Finally, the metal bipolar plate to set a long-term test to ensure the stability of the single cell output is no recession.
