LTD employees’ in many departments of a organizational communication. According to several relative question analysis, we also hope to research the relationships and influences of A employees’ department communication. This study adopts the method of investigation through questionnaires, 142 questionnaires were distributed and 142effective ones were returned, and Regression Analysis for testing the hypotheses of this study. The results of this study are shown as follows: 1. There are positive influence for administrative management departments on communication. 2.
