questionnaire analyses of students in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) programs.
Using purposive sampling with semi-structural questionnaire in Executive Master of Business Administration who studies in National Central University, Yuan Ze University, Chung Yuan Christrian University. There are 220 effective data were collected. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used in order to analyze the data.
The results indicated by the following:
1.EMBA students are equally balanced in the four dimensions of experiential
learning ability; the most common type of learning style is that of an Assimilator.
2.Types of knowledge sharing are positively correlated with learning performance
and learning satisfaction.
3.No evident relationship is found between learning styles and learning
performance or learning satisfaction.
4.Learning satisfaction is positively correlated with learning performance.
In accordance with the above conclusions, this study suggests that:
1.Interactive experiential learning opportunities should be encouraged when
professor arrange the course content for EMBA.
2.professors and students should develop a working knowledge of information
technology to enhance interactive learning;
