Enterprises in order to survive, grow and develop further the position of the first possession of industry, through mergers and acquisitions to improve the industrial structure, strengthen the operating structure, to create business synergy, the pursuit of rapid growth and build competitive advantage. In this study, the case study method will be used in turn to be acquired through the interviews and the surviving corporation of the company''s management and internal staff in the acquisition of class before and after the acquisition of Integrated Benefit Analysis. To conduct exploratory qualitative research, case studies M & A synergies from the acquisition of the purpose and benefits, success factors of mergers and acquisitions, and mergers and acquisitions in the implementation process, to analyze the potential risks and the key to success of the reason, and to construct a suitable external growth management and to explore merger after merger is expected to be further consideration of goals to achieve successful strategies or resources. On the acquisition of interest to industry and professional practice as a reference for managers to increase the success of future acquisition opportunities, or reduce the risk of failure.
