Therefore, the establishment of global logistics operation can enhance company’s competitiveness in the global market. The research will first discuss the management of globalization, definition and development and services of global logistics , also description of why do we import this system? Second, description of T company’s history and background and what impact on operation process in T company through import the global logistics system. Whether can increase in operation performance, or not? What impact on operation cost ? Whether can integration of supply chain and demand resources to made information respond quickly to achieve manufacturer’s and customer’s requirement. Finally, through the case study ,by inquiry and analyze to description of which difference between import this system before and after of T company. What is the successful key factor in the global logistics system and whether impact on increase T company’s business performance.
