| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === In the process of information systems, there are a lot of difficulties, which may due to many different reasons. One of the main reasons is rooted from the system requirements interviewing process. During this interviewing process, the information system analysts and system users are usually from various professional backgrounds, which will generate different perception. Only when two parties improve the communication effectiveness will reduce the perception gap and bring positive effect towards the system requirement interviewing process. On the contrary, when differences in perception are not solved, complaints and negative emotions will be generated from systems users which will bring a negative impact to the IT professionals. This study adopted in-depth interviews to conduct an exploratory research on IT professionals in the process of IS development and the factors decreasing the communication gap between IS users and IS professionals. The research result is aimed to provide reference for future research on IT professionals and system development process efficiency.
