The purpose of this study was to explore how to enhance the growth of multi-level marketing team performance with the demographic variables, job characterestics model, personal achievement motivation and environmental variables. This study implemented a survey for a team of multi-level marketing company originaled in the U.S. They use independent area for education and training and recruitment. 65 valid questionnaires were collected, included 15 high-ranked officials. The model were built on demographic variables and the other three subjective variables: achievement motivation, team culture, Hackman job characteristics model. Hypothesis testing were conducted to understand the direct sales force mechanism. This study is concluded as follows: 1. The multi-level marketing growth performance, achievement motivation, job characteristics and team culture have significant correlation. 2.
