Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === Multi-level marketing industry has developed in decades, in the eyes of the people of Taiwan it has gradually reversed the negative image. The purpose of this study was to explore how to enhance the growth of multi-level marketing team performance with the demographic variables, job characterestics model, personal achievement motivation and environmental variables.
This study implemented a survey for a team of multi-level marketing company originaled in the U.S. They use independent area for education and training and recruitment. 65 valid questionnaires were collected, included 15 high-ranked officials. The model were built on demographic variables and the other three subjective variables: achievement motivation, team culture, Hackman job characteristics model. Hypothesis testing were conducted to understand the direct sales force mechanism.
This study is concluded as follows:
1. The multi-level marketing growth performance, achievement motivation, job characteristics and team culture have significant correlation.
2. Achievement motivation and team culture interfaced the demographic variable and the growth performance.
