Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === The issue of the whistle-blowing and Ethical dilemma and Loyalty Conflict are the focus for the research scholars. However the study lack for the research about the influence factor of the behavior of whistle-blowing is not usual in our country. Therefore this study is base on the Theory of Planned Behavior to investigate the influence of the intention of the whistle-blowing and the interference of the Organizational commitment. We are using the questionnaire to investigate the intention of incumbents in Taiwan, we have received 388 questionnaires. We discover moral intensity partially affects on the whistle-blowing intention; subject norm and perceived behavioral control both partially affect on the whistle-blowing intention; the organization commitment will interfere the relationship between moral intensity and whistle-blowing intention. By the contribution of this study can gain the meaning of the administrative: 1. Increase the education of the ethics of the organizational members and encourage the cohesion and the centripetal force to make organization can prior to the prevention defects of the defects occur.
