And this will influence the way of school education. As the changes of population’s structure and the decreasing of the numbers of students and the establishment of colleges and universities which make every colleges and universities has to face the competition with enroll new students. In order to keep the survive every schools try to consider the method of operating in enrolling students whom is matched the expectation for raising the quality of school education. Beside offer the production or the satisfaction degree of service on school’s education quality. It must to deeply realize the scope of improvement of the characteristic of quality which needs further research to gain the student’s voice from their heart and to add the satisfaction degree of student. This study is based on one university of science and technology for the study object in northern. Combine the skill of fuzzy sets theory and data mining to mine the rule of fuzzy association to find out the definition of question option of the combination of the Fuzzy linguistic values and the scores of the teaching satisfaction. By this method which is to investigate how to enhance the expectation and difference of teaching quality between expectations and the expectation for the school within the teachers and students. Find out the factors of requirement of the students and teaching quality of school to provide the reference for colleges and universities enhancing teaching quality.
