Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 98 === The behavior of decision-making exists in all social stratums. To the enterprise, the decision-making affects her survive and development, rise and fall. The key of affecting decision-making quality is to have a correct and effective corporate decision-making model. WEB 2.0 provided a possibility for realization. In this study, the content of WEB 2.0 was analyzed for decision-making. We first classify the content of WEB 2.0 and transform it for the design of this study. We then construct a WEB 2.0 DSS model with an existing DSS structure. The new WEB 2.0 DSS provides the following functions: the initiative decision-making, effective public contribution of network, early obtaining useful business intelligence, mining hidden information, and improving the drawback of traditional individual and groups decision-making. By using the Web 2.0 DSS, the enterprise could increase the rate of success and the breadth of decision-making assessment functions. It can really improve the quality of enterprises decision-making and adapt to today''s competitive environment.
