There are 133 questionnaires from volunteers, 55 questionnaires from staffs, and 68 questionnaires from voluntary-staff. Based on the returned questionnaires, we conducte factor analysis, Cronbach’s α, correlation , hierarchical and block regression in order to test the hypotheses。 The main findings of this study are as follows: (1) Members of identification within nonprofit organization could be distinguished. (2) The.organizational commitment of volunteers and voluntary-staff is higher than staffs’. Whereas, the emotional exhaustion of volunteers and voluntary-staff are lower than staffs’. (3) The effects of global identification to organizational commitment are higher than local identification’s.
