Electronic products bring convenience and advantages to the society and at the meanwhile it brings heaps of electronic garbage. The deserted electronic products belong to solid junk. It is different from the ordinary garbage in the cities. If it is not handled with care; the poisonous materials will permeate to pollute air, soil and water to cause great damage to the environment. Under such stern situation, every country sets up related green environmental protection laws to control the environmental pollution of poisonous, hazardous substances in droves. After the EU RoHS Directive the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment directive, WEEE waste electrical and electronic equipment directive, EuP Energy Using Products Directive and REACH Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals are made public and brought into practice in succession, all products and service will more or less make a great impact to the environment. How to cut down the impact of the products and service to reach the product improving environmental achievements on the basis of a life cycle of the products no matter through the stage of production, use or discard, consequently the principle should be established on Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point facing the increasingly critical challenge in place of the end-of-pipe procedure to resolve the problem of environmental protection quality. We can decrease the environmental burden of the products from the procedure supplier delivery through the introduction of green product management system. The present study takes electronic materials manufacturers for example to explain “the clients’ demand for green suppliers”, “EU environmental directives and the influence of laws on industry”,“the achievements analysis on green product management system suppliers” with the practical examples. Therefore the researchers will present related available suggestions and resolution methods and expect to be helpful for electronic manufacture suppliers, organizations and clients. Hopefully the industry which hasn’t performed the green products management system will make reference to it. 鍾雲恭 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 89 zh-TW
