| Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 全球運籌管理研究所碩士班 === 98 === In recent year, due to the medical system had been great change in Taiwan, it made traditional medicine face of business transformation, and it was for satisfying consumer demands and changes in the market and to enhance their competitive edge. Many pharmacies face of great pressure and impact about environment, they chosen Compound and High convenience chain pharmacies. Because that, this research studying performance management about this industry. First we relevant input and output variances of pharmacies chain were generalized. Moreover, opinions of pharmacies’ experts and managements were be investigated and collected by questionnaires. Furthermore, this research sums up relevant weights by Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) to find out the most influential input and output variance. Finally, CCR-I model of DEA-based approach were be used to analyze and evaluate performance of chain pharmacies. The results show that companies which own less chain-stores get better management efficiencies than which own more chain-stores.
