Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 98 === The purpose of this study, we investigate the difference exhibition of the “academic achievement” and “learning retentive performance” on the fifth-grade nature science on the chapter of “Air and Burning” with a video-based e-book teaching materials. We make a study of 50 fifth-grade students in Yunlin with “quasi-experimental method“. 25 of these students are experimental group with video-based e-book teaching materials and the others are management group with traditional teaching materials. Both of these two groups are taught with 14 lessons and all lessons are 40-minute. The investigation tool is a video-based e-book teaching materials made by our group. “The testing of academic achievement” is made by 5 professionals and 30 pre-testing students in order to confirm the dependence on the investigation tool. The teaching method is the independent variable. The students’ academic skill standard, divides them into high and low achievement groups, is the background variable. The academic achievement and learning retention on the chapter of “Air and Burning” of science field are the dependent variables. We analyzed the results of the pre-test, post-test and learning retentive performance using t-test, one-way ANOVA and ANCOVA. and we found: A.It is useful on academic achievement and learning retentive performance using video-based e-book teaching materials. B.The students with video-based e-book teaching materials present higher grades on academic achievement and learning retentive performance than the students with traditional teaching materials. C.It is unobvious that high level students with video e-book or traditional teaching materials present on academic achievement and learning retentive performance. D.The low-level students with video-based e-book teaching materials present higher grades on academic achievement and learning retentive performance than the students with traditional teaching materials.
