This study was based on the literature analysis and theory of psychology. According to the research factors and framework of theory and literature, this study induced two influential factors of learning strategies including learning motivation and study style. In addition, this study focused on investigation research method. On the basis of “The Study of Accounting Learning Strategies of Vocational High School Students in Business Field and the Effect of Learning Strategy Factors”, a questionnaire was developed by the researcher and administered to the need of the survey. The samples of the survey were 1,175 business department students in National and Private Vocational High Schools. The effective questionnaires were 1,170 copies. The descriptive statistic, Factor Analysis, t-test, one-way MANOVA, Canonical Correlation and Structural Equation Model were conducted to test each research question. The researcher obtained subsequent results after statistical analysis as follow: 1. Vocational High School in Business Field among students’ background, there was significant difference in learning motivation of students’ genders, grades, and departments. Among the score of students’ learning motivation, “self-efficacy” was the highest, while “personal goal” was the lowest. 2. Vocational High School in Business Field among students’ background, there was significant difference in study style of students’ genders, grades, and departments. Among the score of students'' study style, “converger” was the highest, while “accommodator” was the lowest. 3. Vocational High School in Business Field among students’ background, there was significant difference in learning strategies of students’ genders, grades, and departments. Among the score of students'' learning strategies, “self-regulated” was the highest, while “metacognitive strategy” was the lowest. 4. Vocational High School in Business Field among students’ learning motivation, such as self-efficacy and personal goal to influence study style had important for accommodator, diverger, assimilator and converger. 5. Vocational High School in Business Field among students’ learning motivation, such as self-efficacy and personal goal to influence learning strategies had important for metacognitive strategy and self-regulated. 6. Vocational High School in Business Field among students’ study style, such as accommodator, diverger, assimilator and converger to influence learning strategies had important for metacognitive strategy and self-regulated. 7. Both of “learning motivation” and “study style” on business department students of Vocational High School had a goodness of fit to the influential model and data of “learning strategies”. According to the conclusion, researcher offered the following suggestions: 1. Stimulate student''s learning motivation to study accounting and set up the pluralism teaching test of accounting. 2. Admit students study variety of the style and expand teachers’ teaching style. 3. Understand the reason why students lag for applying accounting learning strategies and instruct students how to make the best of learning strategies. 4. Through incorporating course and lively teaching way and use improving the learning motivation of accounting and study style. 5. Make the best of teaching to design and encourage students’ learning motivation, and teach students how to use and study the use of learning strategies. 6. Train the independent study style and impel and study factor of learning strategies actively. 7. Combine students’ experience of life to cultivate students’ interests in accounting.
