The experimental results indicated that the tin and iron ion were separation in leaching method using strong basic liquids and the suitable condition of separation and recovery was one hour at 25 ℃ using 1 N sodium hydroxide and 90 % of the tin compounds from anode slime of tin electroplating was recovered. Then, the suitable condition to separate the tin from the iron was at the neutral pH because tin compounds precipitated at the neutral pH whereas iron dissolved. From this above hydrometallurgy, 382.3mg/g of tin and 0.236mg/g of iron were the analyzed from the precipitated compound. 611 mg/g of anhydrous tin chloride was theoretical compound and equaled to 60 % of the recovery. In kinetic experiments and simulation, the results revealed that the first order relationship was fitted. In addition, the results of simulation showed that the reaction rate constants were 4.4×10³ to 5.6×10³ and the R2 was between 0.74 and 0.89. This research suggests that it is worth to do other kinetic simulation. Chao-Yin Kuo 郭昭吟 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 84 zh-TW
