The applicable protession is extensive and operating condition also different, including the pressure, temperature, level, contents, operating environment and the production etc.The pressure vessel manufactory must follow the pressure vessel codes and customer standards, for satisfying the request of the plants, the safety request, and the equipment reliability.
This research aim at analyze with China and domestic standard, and relevant paper put these document in order as following, include: layout and cutting, assembly and welding, processes inspection, post weld heat treatment, pressure test and authentication management style etc. finally, obtain the conclusion, suggestions and establishes the proper management patterns to meet the China pressure vessel quality permission system, moreover, provide these conclusion to pressure vessel manufacture and domestic government.
This research result reveal that the entrepreneur of Taiwan to apply the manufacture permission of china is unfavorable because of numerous government inspection organization of China revise the pressure vessel code and standard time are abnormal, but the inspection and the authentication system are complete already. Therefore, This study suggest the operating procedure of applying China pressure vessel manufacture permission authentication as follows, for helping the domestic pressure vessel manufacturer to establish and maintenance quality assurance system of China for increasing the competition ability in China market.
1. Establish the quality assurance manual to quite comform to the pressure veseel management system of China quality permission.
2. Complete preparation for satisfying the pressure veseel of China quality permission, including: location, equipment, organization and technological ability.
3. Through the third party to assist the pressure veseel manufacture of Taiwan for applying the authentication of China quality permission.
