The objective of this study is to use the characteristics of digital media to creative tool to help children. In this study, observation of children from the collection of software and hardware suitable for decide suit children’s system. Through story-telling with drawing allow children creativity. This study combined “hand-draw” and “animation” two basic concepts used in “storytelling” to stimulate children’s creative work. When children using familiar experience to enhance their creative experience. The key lies in providing support for children created by the situation. The original nature experience of children through the visual structure derived from creativity. This study of children features like drawing and animated, the use of digital multi-media integration capabilities. The development of a suitable low-grade children multimedia authoring tools (multimedia authoring tools)-AniStory to help the children to tell a story.
