As the life cycle of buildings and property management is a dynamic process, making the content of property management should be comprehensive, which means building the property management throughout the entire life span. To improve the value of the property, property management should be involved in the property during the early planning and design, property management companies should be involved in the decision-making stage of the property, planning design and construction stage, by its own past experience, from the perspective of property management decisions on the property , design and construction comments and suggestions so that the property is completed to meet the needs of users more.
In this study, three for the conduct, the first for property management, property management pre-theory, literature and discuss common issues, followed by the use of expert interviews, conduct interviews for the property management company, confirmed that the property management in the early planning and design of factors, the status of current management problems and the establishment of the questionnaire, interview and questionnaire issued by the two visited a result, 17 items were obtained pre-planning and design of indicators, and indicators of the third round of the questionnaire designed for construction companies, architects and three types of expert property management company issuing the questionnaire to do cross-comparison and verification. The results show that both the general statistics of the results or the index into the fuzzy quality function deployment house of quality results, can learn personal safety, equipment configuration and maintenance, equipment safety, line planning and space allocation and other five indicators are arranged in the top 5 shows that the five indicators of pre-planning the design of the building is very important.
