It will waste much time, increase cost and lose product order due to schedule delay. This paper is focused on analysis of forging process of welding nut. I will discuss the questions and solutions during model design and development. To analyze the stress, material flow and size change during forging process by software of Finite Limited Elemental. It is hard to simulate the lubricant and air in the model, so I will increase the tolerance of model to drain out lubricant and air in order to reduce the difference between reality and simulation.
