Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 機械工程系碩士班 === 98 === Today electric servo cylinder replaces hydraulic cylinder to reach the linear motion by using servo motor with ball screw. It was often used in six-axis platforms or transport equipment. This research is according to the design specification to derive the maximum axial thrust of electric servo cylinder so that we can use it in appropriate place. First, using the CAE simulation software ADAMS/View to do dynamic simulation of electric servo cylinder in the condition of same velocity and 1G acceleration, and get the load of components of electric servo cylinder. Next, using the FEM software ANSYS to analyze the stress distribution on key components of electric servo cylinder, and finally investigate the strength and life time of key components of electric servo.
