Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 98 === A novel interleaved half-bridge converter with zero-current-switching (ZCS) is proposed in this thesis. This topology is suitable for application of high input voltage. This topology is used the inductor and the capacitor to achieve ZCS function to reduce the switching loss and improve the efficiency. Reset the transformer to avoid the saturation situation by using the symmetrical half-bridge topology. Transformer secondary side is use the full-wave rectification to decrease the current stress of the rectifier components. The transformer secondary side rectifier components all on ZVS condition and a part of them have ZCS condition. Therefore, it will be reduce the switching loss of the transformer secondary side and improve the efficiency. Simulation and experimental results are used to verify the proposed converter can achieve the function of ZCS and the output current is operation on interleaved. Therefore, the converter with high efficiency and power density can be obtained.
