Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 98 === The thesis mainly discusses the stator winding and electrical circuit of a single-phase brushless dc fan motor. The stator winding of a single-phase brushless dc fan motor often uses the series winding, parallel winding and dual winding, but this thesis mainly discusses two kinds of winding — series winding and parallel winding. The finite-element method (FEM) is used to simulate the properties of the series winding and parallel winding for the single-phase brushless dc motor about the EMF voltage and motor coil current in different speeds. The FEM simulation results of the overall system are used to compare with the measurement results to verify the accuracy of the simulation. About the analysis of the motor inductance, the thesis makes the further analysis about their affection when considering the effects of the rotor angle and coil current. In addition, the thesis uses the two different windings to implement a new structure. It doesn’t need to change the motor winding, but uses the proposed full-bridge circuit of this thesis to change the characteristics of the motor operation to make the fan motor have the function of dual-mode driver. It has the advantages of energy saving, cheaper cost (frame, fan component, etc.) and electromagnetic power improvement.
