Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 電機工程系碩士班 === 98 === An interleaved converter with active clamp technique is proposed in this thesis. In the proposed converter, two non-isolated boost circuits are connected in parallel with 180 degree phase shift. Active clamping circuit is used to reset the energy stored in the leakage inductor of transformers and to clamp voltage stresses of switches. It also achieves zero voltage switching turn-on operation for switches to alleviate the switching losses. The duel resonant tanks are composed by leakage inductors and resonant capacitors are used to achieve zero current switching turn-off for rectifier diodes on the secondary side of transformers. Hence, the reverse-recovery problem can be removed. Moreover, the interleaved pulse-width modulation (PWM) scheme technology reduces the current stresses of all semiconductor components and reduces the input/output current ripple. The operation principle and design consideration are discussed. Finally, the simulations and experimental results from a 440W prototype are represented to confirm the effectiveness of the proposed converter.
