| Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 98 === The property administration problem is an important and real one in the school administration, especially the usage and administration of the personal property. It has been years that kinds of systems being established and archives being explored, followed by the computerized elevation in the administration, more precise and speedy way to provide a searching and query tool in the property administration is required and to be used a lot. The gist of this study is to establish a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) of property administration system and do a complete description of the data by the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which could exhibit the background processing flow when the data are moved, and it provides a more efficient administration method for those data which are dispersed everywhere, and it promotes an administration interface which has the function of homepage browsing. The system allows users to master the property situation in time by the interface of interactive operation. To respond to current personnel cuts as well as various complicated property facilities, we could search and compare quickly the real objects with the computer accounts, establishing the system to be used across platforms, also integrate the school administration in both the space and the purchase of facilities, to actually command the property facility stored in each space, and it forms a complete administration body starting from the purchasing to the storage space of objects, besides the image column is created for data uploading; this system caries out the cross validation of the property accounts with the real objects and which could promote the efficiency of property administration.
