The purpose of this study was to investigate the students who were taught throughout cooperative network program, and its effects on subjects of “Mathematics”. Samples were taken from sixth grade children of a primary school in Hsinchu. The researcher had randomly selected one of the classes as the experimental group and assigned them online cooperative teaching from “Moodle digital school”. Researcher also assigned another class as the control group, where they learned through the traditional method. Both classes had been assigned to have same instructional goal with same textbook (published by KanXuan Cooperation for same instructional design) and were implemented through the same period of time sequence. The main purpose of this study build an online cooperative learning system and to assess their performance.System performance includes two dimensions, first of all for the learning attitude and learning outcomes of the impact,followed by acceptance and use of behavioral assessment system, this study in order to the sixth-grade 60 students in Hsinchu, while the independent samples T-test, covariance analysis to understand the experimental group in the implementation of online collaborative learning after the two variables change, digital Institute of System Assessment 240 students, based on the Institute''s study of the digital acceptance and usage behavior. Effectiveness of learning in mathematics: the acceptance of online collaborative learning of the experimental group of students, their mathematics learning is superior to the general teaching activities of the students; in mathematics learning attitudes: the two groups of students to study math attitude scale on the comparison also reached a significant level; in the system use and acceptance of behavior: satisfaction, perceived effectiveness and the sustainable use of IS has a significant positive relationship between the intention, the user satisfaction with the process of the operating system will affect the system''s perception of their effectiveness and continued use of IS intent.
