Therefore, this study adopt theories from task-technology fit, social cognitive theory, expected confirmation theory to build the main research framework for exploring relationship among task characteristics, technology characteristics, individual characteristics, task-technology fit, disconfirmation, satisfaction, perceived usefulness on the intention to continue to use. 354 samples were collected from Internet survey, and only 274 of them are valid samples.
Analysis result was found that system quality and reciprocity of technology characteristics, task-technology fit, disconfirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction on the intention to continue to use Yahoo! Answers had positive fluencies, information quality of technology characteristics and task characteristics had insignificant impacts on the intention to continue to use Yahoo! Answers. The implications for this study could be promoted for knowledge sharing and management as the intention continuing to use.
