Description
Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 光學電子工程研究所 === 98 === In this thesis, a novel dual mode (potentiometric/amperometric) circuit has been designed and applied to uric acid (UA) biosensors successfully. The developed dual mode circuit consists of an instrument amplifier, an operational amplifier and a 9-pin switch. It can be used to synchronously measure and analyze components of several samples. The sensing ranges of UA biosensor are 2-10 mg‧dl-1 and 4-8 mg‧dl-1 in potentiometric mode and amperometric mode, respectively. In addition, the sensing device of UA biosensor was based on separative extended gate field effect transistor (SEGFET) fabricated by screen-printing technology. The sensing membrane, titanium dioxide (TiO2), was deposited on the sensing area of the sensing device by radio frequency (R.F.) sputtering system. In accordance with experimental results, the sensitivity and linearity are 2.229 mV/mg‧dl-1 and 0.9914 in potentiometric mode; on the other hand, in amperometric mode, they are 4.823 μA/mg‧dl-1 and 0.9987, respectively. Furthermore, the influences of the sensing properties and modes transformation were also investigated in this study.
