The study will be explored by core resources, industry value chain and business model theory and the purposes are 1. An in-depth study of the business model and company`s core resources in the cases. 2. The association between company`s core resources and business model in the cases. 3. Does the resources of group affect the business model in the cases? The study through the secondary data collection, case study research design and methods with below summaries: 1. The company`s core resources affect enterprises involved in the value chain activities and the degree of vertical integration. 2. The erterprise core resources would have an impact on the choice of business model. 3. The group resource sharing can affect the choice of business model.
