Summary: | 碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 98 === Due to the implement of National Health Insurance system, the Health Care Industry has faced a huge impact that forced all health organizations zealous to seek outside cooperation. According to the dynamic capability theory, in order to keep competitive advantage in this changeable environment, the management level of an organization needs to have ability to discipline, establish, and rebuild the organization. The organization can promote its competitive, simplify its human resource, and reduce its cost and risk by introducing outside resources, alliance with other health organizations, or handle the partial medical service by the committee outside. Moreover, the government authority has encouraged various official business institutions to carry out the outsourcing system, most public hospitals have used this opportunity to bring in several specialized technologies since then. This outsourcing fever also brought about massive academic researches nationally. However, those researches only focused on the public facility, not in the healthy areas. This research will be focused on the outside committee system in public medical organization.
By using individual methodology interview, this research would discuss the difficulties and problems when hospital personnel and manufacturer operating outsourcing system. This research also analysis several cases that the hospitals operated outsourcing system in past few years. As the result, it is unavoidable to alliance with other organizations. However, both organizations need to communicate with different opinions in order to have a perfect partner relationship in the future.
