So this study will establish key performance indicators and strategy maps, and thus make a partner relationship management in order to match the hospital''s strategy and vision. The results are in accordance with the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard to establish 20 key performance indicators, development of the medical profession outsourcing strategy map and operating performance evaluation form to the medical profession outsourcing in order to match the hospital''s strategy and vision, to create companies, partners and consumers all win situation.
