Summary:碩士 === 雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 98 === In recent years, rapidly changing environment, companies gradually rise outsourcing of certain parts to professional companies due to cost concerns, especially for large expensive medical equipment outsourcing, to create companies, partners and consumers all win situation.The annual Performance Evaluation of the medical professional outsourcing case is in accordance with the Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects.The performance Evaluation of the project includes only operating efficiency, costs, finance, environmental protection, labor safety and health, customer satisfaction, etc. The Cases of hospital perform Balanced Scorecard (BSC) for many years, for the case of the annual operating performance evaluation only use the Promotion of Private Participation in Infrastructure Projects seems to not been inadequate. So this study will establish key performance indicators and strategy maps, and thus make a partner relationship management in order to match the hospital''s strategy and vision. The results are in accordance with the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard to establish 20 key performance indicators, development of the medical profession outsourcing strategy map and operating performance evaluation form to the medical profession outsourcing in order to match the hospital''s strategy and vision, to create companies, partners and consumers all win situation.
