Even the worst economic collapse would just give this industry a little effect. When the outbreak of the major infectious disease that those companies’ value would trend rise and become investors’ shelter. In recent year, the international and foreign pharmaceutical companies were withdrawal of the drug manufacturing industry from Taiwan. This situation did reduce the number of employees along the product line but the sales members. The real impact on the sales was the policy of National Health Insurance Bureau. The bargaining power of The National Health Insurance Bureau was the major controller in the pharmacy market. After the financial tsunami and National Health Insurance Bureau cut down the drug price. The business should be aware of their competitive advantage and competitive strategy formulation, so that to make the business continuity. The front line sales were most able to feel the impact of environmental change. Therefore, the company''s strategies may force salesmen to face the up-coming economical pressures and survival challenges. This research will analyze the factors when salesman facing the above-mentioned situations. And this project would provide some reference about the companies in the recruitment, training, appraisal, promotion, retention, winkle and promote in order to heighten the competitiveness of business.
