Currently home-based physiological signal monitors are targeted at the elderly or those who need long-term home care is designed, so the purpose of this research is to reduce the infant's physical and psychological burden of care, design and produce a set of measuring body temperature and infants pulse signal monitoring system of home life, infant and child care on a supporting device, expected to make up for lack of medical manpower and experience. In this thesis, the system primarily to monitor the infant's body temperature and pulse of the wrist. Temperature side is the use of MSP430 microcontrollers built-in temperature sensor to measure the skin temperature of infants and children; the pulse of the part is to use Photoplethysmography (PPG) technology to monitor the baby's heart. Finally, the system measured body temperature, pulse and blood oxygen concentration data with the commercial instrument, thermocouple instrument compared to verify the accuracy of the system.
