There are so many studies on Job Characteristic and Job Stress in Taiwan so far, but the application in the study of State-owned Enterprise general administrator is rare. This paper conducted from the State-owned Enterprise general administrator and included 401 samples. Use the questionnaire method in 19 items to understand the relationship between Job Characteristic and Job Stress. The finding indicated that the Job Characteristic and Job Stress got positive correlation. The regression model revealed that the Job Characteristic got significant prediction on Job Stress. Finally, give suggestions and limitations from the results.
