Among demographics, the different marriage, manager, age, and company size are significant in psychological contract. 3. Job characteristics and psychological contract have a significant positive correlation (r =. 697*). 4. The regression model revealed that the job characteristics have significant prediction on psychological contract (autonomy, and peer support 56.5%).
