Summary: | 碩士 === 吳鳳技術學院 === 光機電暨材料研究所 === 98 === In this work, we developed a nano heterojunction structure for the applications of nano optoelectronic sensors by using hydrothermal growth (HTG) method to produce ZnO nanowires (ZnO-NWs) on flexible substrate. Based on the HTG grown ZnO-NWs, another P-type NiO film was then deposited to match ZnO-NWs as nano hetro structure. Due to 1-D quantum effect of n-ZnO-NWS/p-NiO heterojunction structure, the sensitivity of photoelectric response gets good promotion.
The HTG process is cost effect and can be conducted in low temperature and low pressure conditions. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) was employed as flexible substrate because of its conformable, flexible, and rollable properties.
The measured characteristics of the proposed devices are shown to be with excellent on/off ratio and good sensitivity for ultraviolet (UV). It is well expected the proposed device can be conducted to be UV detecto
