This study uses literature analysis and quantitative survey, and the acceptance mode for theoretical framework, to discover the variables in different students in an external variables, (System quality, content quality, service interact quality), and the science technology and the accept mode, (cognitive of ease of use, use of the usefulness, attitude of use, and learning effect), and the type of relationship from learning effect of students, the research tools is "The questionnaire of the using attitude, and the acceptance of science and technology of the student of the net system of Wan Nan Science and Technology to University platform”. After receiving, this study on the questionnaire with the particulars to SPSS for Windows 12.0, into the percentage, the mean and standard deviation, t-verification, single-factor analysis as a technical indicator variable, production of comparative method, Pearson afterwards poor correlation and multi-analysis for statistical analysis, to obtain the results of the study, make recommendations on the basis of conclusions for school counterparts, and planning for reference to improve students' learning efficiency. These conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. The students' response of the overall evaluation Web-Site platform of Wan Nan Science and Technology University, are below the average standard value, this shows the acceptance the students' response of the overall evaluation Web-Site platform of Wan Nan science and technology University is not high, by this, can be the suggestion of the Division which promote the presentation of the proposals to the platform-dependent network for the University in order to improve the problem. 2. In the course of planning the long distance education planning will be compulsory courses for students on the quality of the service interaction is higher than the minors, this, this can be the suggestion of the Division which planning of future work as a curriculum planning. 3. With regard to student's academic structure, the accept mode of in an external variables and science technology of daytime student of four years Technical College are higher than other structure system, that is to say the of daytime student of four years Technical College for the use of the network platform of the University is higher, this can be the suggestion of the Division which planning of future work as a curriculum planning.
