The way of curing cancer change with times, not only surgery and chemotherapy, which may cause many side effects. Hyperthermia is one of the important developing clinical treatments. We use the magnetism-induced heating to cure the cancer. We know that the endured temperature ability of normal cancer cells is much higher than the cancer cells. Cancer cells would be killed on evaluation of temperature to 42 ℃. To improve our induction-heating hyperthermia, firstly, we change the wires from single-strand wires to Litz wires. It provides better efficiency of magnetic field generation. Secondly, the magnetic circuits of amorphous metal are shaped as round tubes instead of the original stacked strips to increase the effectiveness of flux paths. Thirdly, a new sort of industrial ferrite wire is used as the needles to gain higher inducted heat. Fourthly, we utilize more powerful generator to gain larger magnetic field. We use two generators and three systems to process the animal experiments. One is treating a rat’s liver with a growing tumor, another are resecting the liver of rabbits, the other is resecting the spleen of the pig. The consequent pathology was also carried out two weeks to one month later by Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) stain and NADPH oxidase activity assay after the treatment.
