The article contains four parts: (1) Induce the structure of interactive concepts by researching and analyzing examples of the interaction in our daily life. (2) Understand the essence of interactions through examining the derived interactive sub-concepts. Combine the special interactive properties of actual examples to extract the associated design factors. (3) Expand the interaction design factors through NM method and integrate the characteristics of LED to design interactive prototypes for image testing. The result goes through Principal Component Analysis to discuss the relationship between the interactive concepts and the designed LED lighting prototypes. (4) Examine the cause and effect between interactive images and the comprehensive evaluation. The four parts consequently introduce the following conclusions and suggestions which could be applied to further studies. Part 1: Structure of Interactive Concepts In general, interaction majorly includes social relationship and family relationship. The intention of social relationship contains the concepts of “looking for consensus in a group” and “achieving a certain common goal”. The concept of looking for consensus in a group can be divided into “communication and sharing” and “reputation maintenance”. All of them imply the accordance through compromises. The concept of achieving a certain common goal can be divided into “conveying a message”, “lord-and-servant behaviors“ and “influencing others”. All of them are goal-oriented, while family relationship actually includes tender behaviors like “haptic comforts” and “tutoring and education” within family members. Part 2: Interactive Concepts Related Design Methods From the sub-concepts of interaction design and actual instances, we can extract twenty seven interaction design factors, for example, feeling of security, cooperated defense and mood sharing…etc. Considering the characteristics of LED and the feasibility to be lighting equipment, ten testing samples are created by applying certain design methodology. Part 3: Image Mapping to LED Lighting Application First of all, LED lighting concepts can be presented as the degree of the sensation that brings to human beings, such as the factor of “Interesting vs. Boring”. Secondly, the concepts can be described as the degree of transparency that is shown during human-machine interaction. it can be expressed as “Intuitive vs. Hidden”. Thirdly, it can be also described as the degree of operation difficulty during the process of interaction. It is the factor of “Simple vs. Complicated”. Part4: Cause and Effect between the Interactive Concepts and Comprehensive Evaluation The major factor that influences the degree whether people like or dislike the lighting equipment is “Simplicity”. People tend to prefer simpler operation. The interaction design “Caring others” is the design that people like it most. The second is “Security and protection”. The factor that affects the degree how people feel about ease-of-use is to“Care” about user’s feeling during their operation. “Security and protection” and “Warnings and reminders” are the designs make people feel most easy to use. And the second is the design related to “Caring others”. And the designs are aimed to entertain others and people themselves are claimed to be least easy-of-use. 碩士 === 大同大學 === 工業設計學系(所) === 98 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the interactive concepts in daily life and the various possibilities to apply LED in use as a light source.
Part 1: Structure of Interactive Concepts
In general, interaction majorly includes social relationship and family relationship.
Part 2: Interactive Concepts Related Design Methods
From the sub-concepts of interaction design and actual instances, we can extract twenty seven interaction design factors, for example, feeling of security, cooperated defense and mood sharing…etc. Considering the characteristics of LED and the feasibility to be lighting equipment, ten testing samples are created by applying certain design methodology.
Part 3: Image Mapping to LED Lighting Application
First of all, LED lighting concepts can be presented as the degree of the sensation that brings to human beings, such as the factor of “Interesting vs.
Part4: Cause and Effect between the Interactive Concepts and Comprehensive Evaluation
The major factor that influences the degree whether people like or dislike the lighting equipment is “Simplicity”.
