Summary:碩士 === 臺北市立教育大學 === 教育行政與評鑑研究所教育行政碩士學位在職進修專班 === 98 === The Purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between communication media and communication effestiveness, and take staff in schools and educational administration authority as an example. The research method was survey study, and the subjects were the staff in schools belonging to Keelung City Government. The author adopted the method of stratified random sampling to select 27 schools for survey. A total of 365 staff were asked to filled the questionnaire and 313 of them returned; the usable returned rate was 85.75%. The data were analyzed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and χ2 Analysis. The results are as follows: 1.The status and difference of using communication media by staff in schools and educational administration authority (1)The most often used communication media by staff in schools and educational administration authority is “face to face communication”; ’’written communication” is least used. (2)The tendency of using communication media by staff in schools and educational administration authority will be different according to their work period of service and the duty. (3) The tendency of using communication media by staff in schools and educational administration authority will be the same with their gender, age, the school scale, the school stage and the school position. 2. The status and difference of communication effestiveness by staff in schools and educational administration authority. (1)The overall communication effetiveness of staff in schools and educational administration authority tends to be highly-achieved. (2)The various stratification planes of communication effetiveness of staff in schools and educational administration authority tends to be highly-achieved except for communication effetiveness of validity. (3)The total communication effetiveness of staff in schools and educational administration authority will be different according to their age, work period of service, the duty, the school scale and the school position. (4) The overall communication effetiveness of staff in schools and educational administration authority will be the same with their gender and the school stage. 3.The relationship between communication media and communication effectiveness by staff in schools and educational administration authority. (1)The staff in schools and educational administration authority using “face to face communication” and “telephone communication” will have better overall communication effetiveness than the one using “electronic communication” and “written communication”. (2)The staff in schools and educational administration authority using “face to face communication” and “telephone communication” will have better communication effetiveness of validity than using “electronic communication”. (3)The staff in schools and educational administration authority using “face to face communication” and “telephone communication” will have better communication effetiveness of accuracy than the one using “written communication”. (4)The satisfaction of the communication effectiveness will not be different when staff in schools and educational administration authority uses different communication media. Finally,referent advices deduced from this study will be provided for the educational administration authority, schools, staff in schools and future researchers’ reference.
