This study is aimed at the higher educational graduate of master in 2006, and the research method is Secondary Analysis, the statistic information is based on Integrated Higher Education Database System in Taiwan, collecting student ideas and opinions. After sorting the data, the available samples are 16,394. In order to reach the researching object, we analyze the data by descriptive-Statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, chi-square test, point biserial correlation analysis and reach the following results. 1. The graduates for learned experience in the academic experience to discuss papers, participate academic groups, work-study to full-time, work-study to part-time, the travel times, the technology certification and language certification showed the highest number. 2. There was signifiicant difference in awareness about the performance on learned experience among the different graduate’s background variables such as gender, status, studies the group, education level of parents, work type of parents and work organization of parents. 3. The graduates for performance and project in a professional competence index were generally high level for the above. 4. There was signifiicant difference in awareness about the performance on professional competence among the different graduate’s background variables such as gender, status, studies the group, education level of parents, work type of parents and work organization of parents. 5. Learned experience and professional competence of graduates were generally weak and positive correlation. Finally, based on the above conclusions, this study has made some concrete suggestions to the educational administration institution, the universities, the graduates and for future studies.
