Firstly, there are 30 indicators of internationalization from the 8 major areas based on the result of the literature review; then, questionnaire was used in this study as main research method. The target subjects are 69 major universities promoting international business units. There are 69 questionnaires being sent and valid feedback samples are 28. The survey were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, chi-square, cluster analysis and the discriminant analysis. The result can be summarized as follows: 1. The 8 major areas are: international enrollment, domestic students international awareness, faculty background, research achievement, academic exchanges, international relationship, teaching content, and administrative support. The second level includes 30 indicators. 2. In general, the performance of the status of university Internationalization needs to be improved. 3. The main difficulty is poor language skills of domestic students. Additional graduate courses or foreign language through the threshold may can solve this problem. 4. Public or private university of the international status of the overall results showed a consistent. 5. Establish the international office can help the result of the status of university Internationalization. 6. School location does not affect the internationalization of universities to promote. 7. More than 1 million students over the status of international universities will be more effective. 8. Ministry of Education grants help universities in the promotion of international. 9. The status of university Internationalization can be categorized into two to three clusters. Among these, the second or third cluster is the most excellent.
