Sixteen active high school basketball team player(age:17.2±1.3 years) without previous ankle injuries volunteered for the research. Most contestant reality didn’t know how can to choose use different active ankle and tape. What will support more protect on human ankle, and to further athlete’s physical performance. The research utilize force platform to measure the center of pressure sway, Electromyography to measure the four part muscle activation of lower limbs, high speed camera to record the subtalar Joint of ankle, A test time to record the physical performance in agility. The result showed Kinesiology Tape in the path of the center of was measured in the balance tests. Different upper ankle support’s had significant different influence on ankle sprain. This conclusion suggest that Kinesiology Tape provide more appropriate biomechanics on ankle part and more support on subtalar Joint of ankle, and to further athlete’s physical performance.
