This study also discusses the relationship between school administrative service quality and teaching satisfaction so as to analyze the prediction the level of teaching satisfaction towards school administrative service quality. The study surveys the teachers in 13 senior high schools in Taipei County with a self-developed questionnaire “The relationship of senior high school administrative service quality and teaching satisfaction.” There are 645 questionnaires given out, 603 ones returned. The retrieved probability is 89.77% with 579 effective questionnaires. The data gathered is conducted with computer software SPSS version 12.0. The statistics methods used include t-test, one-way ANOVA (Analysis of Variance), Pearson cross-product correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. The findings of this study are as follows: 1. The administrative service quality of senior high schools in Taipei County is above the average. “Tangibility” has the highest score. 2. There is a positive correlation between “gender,” “work experience,” and “job title” and teachers’ perception of school administrative service quality respectively. Males who work less than 5 years, holding a concurrent administrative post show higher prominence. But there is no noticeable difference in “education background” and “school scale.” 3. The senior high school teachers in Taipei County show medium-high satisfaction towards their current work with the highest score falling on “interpersonal relationships.” 4. There is a positive correlation between “work experience,” “job title,” and senior high teachers’ job satisfaction in Taipei County. The teachers who work less than 5 years, holding a concurrent administrative post demonstrate higher perception. But no noticeable difference is found in “gender,” “education background,” and “school scale.” 5. There exists an obvious positive correlation between senior high school administrative service quality and teaching satisfaction. In other words, the better administrative service quality the schools provide, the higher job satisfaction the teachers show. 6. Senior high school administrative service quality serves as an effective means to predict teachers’ job satisfaction. That is, teachers’ job satisfaction can be forecast by the quality of school administrative service.
