This study picks the questionnaire survey procedure and the instruments used for assessment was the“Graduate Students’Enrollment Motivation, Coping strategy,and Learning Satisfaction”. By using stratified cluster sampling method,563 effective samples were collected. Finally,data obtained in this study were analyzed by descriptive analysis,one way MANOVA, Pearson’s Product-Moment Correlation,canonical correlation analysis,and multiple simultaneous regression. The conclusions are summarized as followed: 1.Among all the enrollment motivation of graduate students in Northern Taiwan,occupational promotion ranked the highest and escape motivation ranked the lowest.Regarding coping strategy,solving problems strategy ranked the highest and delays the escape strategy ranked the lowest. Concerning learning satisfaction,the satisfaction in teaching of the teacher ranked the highest and the satisfaction in curriculum content ranked the lowest. 2.The different sex,the different institute, and selection differences in undergraduate program and graduate program have the significant difference on the northern area graduate students’enrollment motivation. However, students’study status showed no significant difference. 3.The different sex and selection differences in undergraduate program and graduate program have the significant difference on the northern area graduate students’coping strategy.However,the different institute,grade and students’study status showed no significant difference. 4.The different institute have the significant difference on the northern area graduate students’learning satisfaction. However,the different sex,grade,students’study status and selection differences in undergraduate program and graduate program showed no significant difference. 5.Graduate students’enrollment motivation,coping strategy and learning satisfaction based on universities in Northern Taiwan have the canonical correlation existence. 6.For graduate students, enrollment motivation and coping strategy are all powerful indicators in predicting all Learning Satisfaction’s perspectives . And is variable take “the seeking knowledge interest” as the main forecast.
