In this study, action research was applied. The researcher has planned the nutrition education curriculum and put in practice in the researcher's class for 11 weeks. In the process, the researcher made use of the physical and health education textbook one from one to six grade as the main teaching material, with extra-curricular teaching materials, such as: case study, videos, books, etc. With multimedia and a great diversity of teaching strategies to help students to build the correct nutrition knowledge, attitudes, and the diet habit. To encourage students to conceptualize the acquisition of personal life habits through the process, and improves nutrition attitudes and diet habit. The data was collected by survey, observation, various types of documents and interviews, etc. The Conclusion of the study is as following: 1. After the implementation of the nutrition education curriculum, sixth grade students can improve their nutrition knowledge, attitude and diet habit obviously. (1) In the study, we found to make use of textbooks as main material and stories, newspapers and films as supplement materials to help students build the concept of nutrition. (2) The implementation of the curriculum should be adjusted according to students' needs, such as the approach of the plan and the implementation method. (3) Through diverse teaching activities and strategies with creative learning situations, will improve students' learning desire and motivation. 2. The implementation of the nutrition education curriculum helps to raise the sixth-grade students' nutrition knowledge cognitions. (1) After the implementation of the curriculum, the students' nutrition knowledge post-test score have made progress. (2) After the implementation of the curriculum, the confusion parts about the nutritional knowledge for students were clarified. 3. The implementation of the nutrition education curriculum changes the sixth-grade students' nutrition attitudes. (1) Through the survey we found that after the implementation of the curriculum, students' whole nutrition manners become more positive. (2) The survey results show that students have made obvious progress in choosing food. 4. The implementation of the nutrition education curriculum improves the sixth-grade students' diet habit. (1) The survey found that after the implementation of the nutrition education curriculum, the student's diet habit post-test score has made a remarkable progress. (2) The survey result shows that students' diet habit has the distinct improvement. (3) Through the daily observation, we found student's diet habit has the remarkable improvement, and the bad ingestion behavior has decreased gradually. 5. The researcher obtains the self-specialized growth in action research study. Through the process of the action research study, the researcher use has obtained progressively in the professional development. Based on the conclusion of the study, the researcher preceded self-reflection continuously. The conclusion was made for the reference of following teaching and further studies.
