Information technology has posed significant influence on learners or instructors. Currently, a number of medical centers have taken digital learning as a major issue in education assistance. Digital learning is a way of learning focusing on learners; digital learning courses have rich and multimedia resources, letting learners study more and better courses synchronously or asynchronously. This makes acquirement and sharing of knowledge more convenient than before. Thus, in Internet teaching environment, learning platform greatly affects speed and stability of the entire teaching environment; only good learning environment provides learners withappropriate learning courses. Based on technology acceptance model 3 and Kolb learning style scale V 3.1, thisstudy explores factors of affecting medical digital learning platform users''intentions. The findings show that, when using medical digital learning platform, employees at hospitals are affected by colleagues and supervisors. If employees or supervisors have positive evaluation on the platform, willingness and perception of using such a platform is greatly enhanced. Status and image of users is also enhanced. Once users believe using such a platform will help them have better prestige, this platform is in association with medical operation. Users can have better work performance and results. Understanding the strength and weakness of the platform, they can specifically inform other users at the hospital, which will increase the platform’s perceived usefulness. Self-efficacy of computer, computer anxiety and computer interest of users will also affect easy-to-use of the platform.Higher usefulness and easy-to-use of a platform will make hospital employees more willing to accept and use medical digital learning platform. 徐 建 業 2010 學位論文 ; thesis 139 zh-TW |
