Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學研究所企業經營碩士在職專班 === 98 === The purpose of the research is to probe into the impacts of a global automobile leader’s strategies(Toyota) under the energy saving and carbon reduction trend and how it reacts to the oil price fluctuation, China’s Car under the Rural Policy and so forth environment elements. According to the logics of study issues and attributes of problems, we adopt a method of depth case study to explore the context which Toyota is facing and the formation of strategy. At the beginning, in the data collecting stage, we aimed at the automobile industry issues which came from internal and external environment analysis from the induction of elementary and secondary data . And then, we conducted several depth interviews with the clients and internal stakeholders of this case. These two ways is for the objectives of getting enough materials to help following content analysis. After understanding the case company’s concerns and it’s reaction to the whole environment, it contributed to help us to figure out the strategy value and tactics developments of Toyota’s electric car. The author wishes to employ the conclusions and suggestions of this research to be the reference for the related parties of automobile industry in Taiwan to develop their energy saving and carbon reduction strategy.
